Steve, we're pre-recording this because as of the time it's being released, we're headed

into the mountains to hopefully go find some bears.

Yeah, yeah.

I know I haven't even allowed myself to be excited about it. So damn, I mean,

just got back from the death hike and just so much going on, man. I need things to slow down.

But it's kind of forced, hey, you're coming out. Like, let's go do this hunt. So, yeah. Meanwhile meanwhile i found out i drew a moose tag i was just

going to ask you you texted me the other day and we have not talked about it since even though it was a

couple days ago so once in a lifetime idaho moose tag it's over in um uh eastern Idaho kind of

the Wyoming border and uh yeah i've been been, I guess it took, it's been

four years now because I had my sheep tag in 21. So 22, 23, 24, not 25. Yeah, so four years

of a blind. And it's a tag that's pretty easy to draw. Averages 15 to 18% as a resident to draw it.

So all the tags I've drawn, my mountain goat and my sheep one have always been like right

within the odds, right?

Like if it was a 20% tag like my sheep, it took five years to draw.

The mountain goat I think I put in for, I can't remember how many years, eight years or

something like that on a hunt that was like 10 to 12%.

So it was a little bit ahead.

And then same thing with this one.

So it's like, I could say I'm lucky, but it's also just been pretty damn consistent.
