Supporting and encouraging kids with ADHD in the classroom requires knowing the reasons why they act up or don't complete

assignments on time or may have trouble doing homework or returning it. Getting a

solid education about ADHD and how it looks in the classroom is a great place to start.

Today we have education expert, Chris Seagler Dendy, here to enlighten us all about how ADHD symptoms affect kids at school and what

we can do to maximize their learning experience.

She'll talk about the challenges and the best practices for dealing with them.

Chris is a former educator, school psychologist, and mental health professional with 40 years of experience.

She was inducted into Chad's Hall of Fame for outstanding contributions to the field in 2006.
