When we put a time clock on when it has to happen and then if it doesn't happen by then

We start to judge ourselves. We start to say something's wrong

We start to get upset. We start to numb ourselves because we don't feel good

That's when it becomes distracted

So when you talk about Hollywood here's what's in anyone's control

How they show up how they prepare their disposition their attitude their belief

Right, it's okay to believe something to know what else believes about you nothing wrong with that

But don't let that belief become a birdie
