So before we start this week's episode, I want to address what's happening, the upheaval,

pace of change and uncertainty around us. I'll be honest, it's unsettling and weird,

and it can make us question our plans and even

our dreams. Here's the thing, though, uncertainty is part of life, and didn't we learn that the

hard way only a few years ago? In times like these, it's tempting to shrink our world,

bunker down and press pause on the things that bring us joy. But this is what I know.

The best part of travel isn't visiting new places, seeing new things and trying new foods.

It's connecting with people. And that's something that we need now more than ever.
