having me, Chantelle. I feel like, you know, you and I, we've been talking through email,

but this is our first,

our first time to actually connect. So I'm really, really looking forward to this. But really

excited to be here. So basically, a little bit about me. I've been dabbling in the whole health,

fasting food world for probably about a decade or so now. It really started when, like growing up,

I was always doing all the random diets to lose weight. There was calorie counting, trying

different macros. I even did the cookie diet. I don't know if you're familiar with that one. That one was crazy.

Yeah. No, my roommates in college just thought I was insane. But it wasn't actually until I tried

low carb and really focused on the carb aspect of things that I started realizing that I actually could make changes in my body

and that it wasn't even about weight, that there was a whole health aspect to it as well.

And that just started a crazy life journey rabbit hole of exploring all the things.
