Hello everyone and welcome to this week's episode of the lesbian supper club podcast.

We've had another very fun and busy, busy week.

We do. It's getting... It's busy week. We say that every week. We do.

It's fucking boring. It sounds like those people on teams calls at work that are always like,

I'm so busy. And you know they've just woken up from a three hour now. That's me.

You shouldn't openly say that because you're actually still doing that. So we've had a really fun and amazing week and we are really, really excited to bring to you today's episode because it's been one that's kind of been surfacing a lot in, you know, the DMs and

people emailing, asking a lot of questions and asking us to cover this topic.

But before we get into it,

I think it's really important to speak on what's been happening in the media

with regards to the current political party running this country

and the statements that they have been making against the trans community

over the last week are just absolutely disgraceful and I'm quite

literally actually ashamed that in a westernized society people are using already extremely

marginalized people for their own political coy.

It is awful and we are so sorry to any of our listeners who identify as trans or

non-binary that, you know, I can't imagine you're obviously deeply affected and it's

massively upsetting to hear this.

But rest assured, it's more than this.

I know it's awful, but this is so much more than you guys are being used as like political scapegoats

because they know overall they're absolutely fucked for this term.

And it doesn't make it any better

and I'm sorry that you are in the firing line to as a sick and poor attempt to try and gain
