For decades, we've beeLast week, I had the privilege of attending a press conference at the White House, led by RFK Jr., where he announced a comprehensive assessment identifying the key drivers behind the ongoing childhood chronic disease crisis.
Prior to the event, I had the opportunity to sit down with RFK Jr. for a podcast conversation focused on the root causes of chronic illness and the strategies being proposed to reverse this health crisis.
Today, American children face a dual burden of obesity and malnutrition. Autism rates have surged from 1 in 10,000 to an astonishing 1 in 31, and nearly 40% of teenagers are already on the path toward developing diabetes.
If we are to address this health crisis meaningfully, we must begin by prioritizing the well-being of our children - an essential theme of our podcast discussion.

1:18.7 | Maybe I'll eat some nuts. Nuts, okay. So eggs and bacon. I keep peanuts and pistachios in the car. |
1:28.3 | And we keep for snacks and we keep dry mango. Okay. Those are kind of rice. And then dinner steak or what's for dinner? Yeah, I eat protein, a lot of protein. You know, I'm not, I wouldn't call myself a role model. |
1:34.3 | I don't eat process foods. I don't eat anything that comes in a pack. Uh-huh. And I don't eat anything that has more than three ingredients. Right, right, right. That's the key. |
1:45.3 | And that's, but pretty much I eat whatever I want and I eat large amounts of food. |
