Hello Dreamers, and welcome back to the show.

This was going to be the second part of a two-part series, but it's turned into three parts.

It started to run long, and I'm also a little bit under the weather today.

For the first time in a really long time actually, so I'm not sure how this is going to sound,

but it's probably better that I make this second part episode a little more than an hour

long rather than almost two hours.

So this will be the second part of a three-part series on these two wild and crazy old ladies,

Helen Gole and Olga Wetter Schmidt.

If you haven't listened to part one, I would highly suggest that you go do that first.

So we left off in part one with the deterioration of Helen and Olga's relationship,

as they both became consumed with their own greed, following the death of their second,

quote unquote, hit and run victim, Kenneth McDavid, as they were left waiting for his policies to pay out.

So let's pick up the story from there.

So just like what happened with Paul's insurance policies, there was a month's long delay in

Helen and Olga being able to collect under claims on Kenneth's life. By the time 2006 rolled around,

it was getting to be more than six months since Kenneth was murdered, and the ladies hadn't

seen a penny from their various claims. There's various reports on how many claims are actually were,

um, one reports at 13, another one said 17, but whatever the case was, it was a ridiculous
