This episode is with Jeff McNary, a really interesting dude, I met down in Costa Rica a

few weeks ago.

He's the medical director of the Rhythmia Life Enhancement Center or Advancement Center.

I keep forgetting.

It doesn't really matter because if you're enhancing your life, you're advancing your

life.

You know what I'm saying?

Anyway, you'll hear his story super fascinating dude to grow up in L.A. sort of

bopped around the world, bopped around at the Hawaii, doing lots of interesting work.

All very heartfelt stuff.

As you can see, this is a guy who's driven by a sense of compassion and curiosity.

My favorite kind of person.

Let's just cut to the chase.

I think it's everybody's favorite kind of person.

Everybody who's walking a path with heart as Don Juan said in Journey to Islán.

Remember reading that book a long time ago.

There's lots of controversy as to whether Carlos Castaneda was making stuff up or to

what extent it was made up, to what extent it was factual anthropological work.

I don't really have an opinion.
