Summary
In today's episode, Emily is speaking directly to those of you who are feeling overwhelmed. Take a deep breath and get into stillness. If you've got a lot on your plate and your immediate thought is to jump in and start moving, the best thing you can do is create some stillness, be present in your life and get your mindset right. Get focused, center yourself and have faith that you will have what you need in order to handle the things you need to get done today. It's ok if you don't get through everything by the end of the day. It's ok if you need to pick back up on them tomorrow. You can only focus on today. Make sure you are refreshing your spirit and your soul at the end of everyday in order to take on tomorrow with just as much energy as today. Don't carry the weight of tomorrow, today. That's today's message.

| 0:32.4 | handle it. You feel like there are fires in every single area of your life and you are just feeling so overwhelmed |
| 0:39.0 | at the thought of having to follow through with all of these things and somehow get everything done, |
| 0:44.6 | you feel like you can't even breathe. My first piece of advice to you is to take a deep breath. |
| 0:50.6 | Take a deep breath and actually go get in stillness. Oftentimes when people get really overwhelmed, |
| 0:56.3 | they have so much on their plate. They think that they need to just start doing those things |
| 1:00.2 | when in reality they're coming from a place of lack, right? This place of lack that says, |
| 1:05.8 | I don't have the bandwidth to be able to handle all of this. I don't have the time to be able |
| 1:10.4 | to handle all of this. I'm feeling have the time to be able to handle all of |
| 1:11.1 | this. I'm feeling so stressed and so overwhelmed. I lack the capacity to handle all of this. |
| 1:17.1 | Whereas if you would go back to stillness and get into presence and really get yourself in |
| 1:22.9 | alignment with the highest version of you, the highest version of you that comes from abundance |

| 1:28.3 | I can handle anything that is given my way, anything that I have, I'm able to handle that. |
| 1:34.3 | I'm able to work through it. |
| 1:36.3 | I can overcome it and I will handle things one thing at a time, right? |
| 1:40.3 | That's the abundant mentality. |
| 1:41.3 | So you have to take yourself out of the situation, get into presence, |
| 1:45.3 | practice that stillness, really get your mind right. And in that, speak and ask God, say, |
