| 0:51.1 | I don't want to say complex, but almost like confusing maybe, one of the most confusing |
| 0:56.9 | cases out there because it's one of those cases where there's so many unanswered questions, |
| 1:01.7 | so many possibilities and like, I hate this word, but a lot of like spooky things surrounding |
| 1:06.9 | this case to where it's hard to really make sense of it all. And let me just kind of break it down. |
| 1:12.4 | So for the past several years, there's been something that has just casting this like dark cloud |
| 1:17.7 | over Austin, Texas. And it all started back in 2022 because bodies of mostly young men just |
| 1:24.3 | started turning up in a lake that sits right there in the heart of the city, |
| 1:27.9 | just one after another after another. And what is interesting, too, is that all of these victims |
| 1:33.7 | have striking similarities, not just in age, but in what they were doing right before they died. |
| 1:39.8 | Because they all went missing in the same popular, nightlife type area similar to, you know, |
| 1:46.6 | you might recall Riley Strain in Nashville, but the, you know, the beat of downtown where everybody's |
| 1:51.5 | hanging out, partying, drinking, it's popular nightlife, and then they just vanish. |
| 1:55.8 | And then later, of course, turn up in this lake, and it's just happening one after another. |
| 2:01.7 | So naturally, all of the locals have been freaking out, right? |
| 2:05.1 | They think that there's a possible serial killer on the loose. |
| 2:07.6 | I mean, what other conclusion could you really come to, right? |
| 2:10.2 | However, the police continue to insist that there is absolutely no reason to panic. |
