So this is kind of impromptu just because I'm in the middle of watching this podcast episode.

And it's basically a podcast episode that has stirred up the spiritual community.

Specifically, the white spiritual community, I'm going to be very honest.

It's a white spiritual community that I feel like is an uproar now there are other spiritual figures who are not white

that could be an uproar as well no there are but it's not the amount that i have seen on the internet

so anyways i have watched at least an hour and 54 minutes of it.

So I have roughly like 45 more minutes to go.

Let me make a podcast episode because I want to share my own personal thoughts about this because it's very interesting.

So basically in this podcast episode there's this guy

named abri marcus and he has two lovers now two women who are lovers by lana and alana

alana is 28 years old she is the new lover um abri marcus let me see how old he is

how old is abri marcus let me see how old he is how old is abri marcus he's 44 that's not bad okay so his wife is probably around the same age too or close to that so abry marcus is 44 alana is 28 and valana is probably in her 40s or 40.

So anyways, basically he basically talked about taking like him and Violana have been together for a while.
