The infiltration of the Catholic Church that's today's show topic and my new book

Infiltration just came out today May 31st on the traditional calendar this is

the Queen's ship of Mary so it's an appropriate day here with

Tim Gordon how are you Tim?

Excellent. How are you on good?

Good.

Yeah it's exciting you got your. Good. Yeah, it's exciting.

You got your bagel, you got your coffee.

But got my bagel, mostly it's become a part of me at this point.

Literally and figuratively.

Yeah. And your thesis on that is when you drink a lot of coffee you got to

balance it out with some starches that's how you go about it well yeah remember

this is this is now the start of my summer and so we're playing a little

easier here because I'm getting up later you might even see a little more light in

my room but all school year long I was getting up at 5.30 to do those and to talk about heavy

things right away at 5.30 in the morning and looking somewhat sharp or whatever people out there

deemed that I looked, you need some coffee,

but a lot of times I get too much acid

from the coffee with no food.

So I would have to temper,

need the bagel for the coffee for the for the

dull wits and then you know the end you need that to kill the cat that it's a downward cascade of biological alerts right there.
