Hey, what's up everybody? Welcome to Trust and Believe. Today, I'm so excited to talk to you, or I should say I'm excited to talk with you. And the reason why I'm excited to talk with you is because just a little bit ago, I put a post up on Instagram and asked you to comment with any questions you had for me.

I appreciate you all listening, but most importantly, I just love to be able to talk to you to

help you maneuver your way through life.

One of my favorite things to say is, I'm not perfect.

And, you know, it's just that at 42 years old I've been

through a lot of stuff and I just know that through therapy and a whole bunch of different

challenges and trials and tribulations in my life I've really dealt with a lot of stuff and dug

deep internally so whether it's something really fun or something

very serious, I'm excited to answer the questions that you put in the comments of that particular

post. And make sure you all follow at Trust and Believe pod on social media because I would

love to continue to have conversations like this and for you guys to be able to ask questions

because sometimes if you put it in a review or if you put it in the DMs, I don't see it.
