0:14.0	Welcome to February, which we always say is a month of love. So for today's episode, we figured
0:20.3	we could chat about the things we love
0:22.9	about teaching. But first, I have a little bit of a rant. I'm so sorry, but I wanted to share my
0:29.6	current time-sucking hurdle, which is all of the testing. And we're not even in the typical
0:35.8	testing season. I feel like come April-ish,
0:40.3	when we have like the big star test, that's the bulk of like the testing season. But because
0:45.8	we are now halfway through the year, I feel like this is like a mini testing season. Right now,
0:52.3	this month of January, you all know, we record these, you know, a couple
0:56.4	weeks in advance, we have had I-Ready diagnostic testing, which I-Ready is like an adaptive
1:02.6	program. Students take a diagnostic test and then it will provide them with lessons based on how
1:07.9	they did and the areas they still need to grow. We took a diagnostic at the beginning of the year, but now we've been taking the mid-year
1:15.0	diagnostic.
1:16.0	We also have star interim testing happening.
1:19.8	So not this upcoming week, but the week after we have our interim for math.
1:24.9	And then the week after that, we have our interim for reading. And on those
1:28.5	days, it's basically just a full day of testing. And it's, it's to mimic what they experience for the
1:36.3	star. Exactly. It's to get them used to the tools they'll be using on the computer, the testing
1:41.8	kind of environment, all of those things. And we take it very
1:45.6	seriously. It's just like with Star, where you have like your tub of materials that you have to
1:51.8	take with you everywhere you go, including the bathroom. Oh, yeah. And then we also have
