and he is here to talk about the hardcover graphic novel, Kickback, a crime noir thriller from David Lloyd that is out through Dark Horse.

Well, it's absolutely my pleasure, and thanks for putting me on good um yeah the first question i actually want to ask you is is

actually not about kickback and it's not about yourself but i wanted to ask uh how was bristol

oh bristol is very good um i'm sure you well i'm sure you're well versed in the convention circuit, but Bristol is the only convention

that we have in England.

I always find, if I'm anywhere else in some other other country people always ask me how many conventions that

we have in england and uh i always have to tell them that we only have one even though we uh we

supply lots of uh creators to the to the business um but uh bristol is uh very good it's the only

it's one that's been running for quite a few years now.

I mean, it used to be, used to be in London, and then it transferred to Manchester.

And we had a couple in Glasgow's got up in Scotland for a while,

but Bristol's one that's sort of like a common thing, and it was very good this year.
