So even though I have a cough now, February is fantastic. You know, I'm also learning what a truly sensitive human I am. I feel like all of this podcast journey has been me learning just how deeply sensitive,

not just me but all of us are and we live in a world where for some reason a lot of us

hide our sensitivities. So my big takeaway from February is that like I love
