Hello everyone and welcome back to the podcast.

I'll go ahead and skip all the nice cities today and get straight back into this episode.

This is the second part of a two-part case.

then come back.

We left off in part 1 at the point where the investigation into the murders of Don and

Marianne de Vardo was just about to get started.

We went over the details of the crime scene, and now we're about to get to the detectives,

and they're looking to the de Vardo's three adult children, Janet, Jimmy, and Jeffrey.

Investigators wanted to speak to the siblings down at the station starting with Jeffrey.

He said that he had no idea what happened to his parents and had no information about

who might have done this or who would have wanted them dead.

And it seemed as though the alibi he provided was pretty iron-clad.

We know that he worked up Boeing, right?

That facility is pretty secure, and everyone who comes and goes from the building is

accounted for.

You have to check in and check out with your ID cards, so if you're inside the building

and a crime happens, well then for damn sure it wasn't you.

I don't know if there is anyone out there who has ever worked in this type of building

where security is very important because they're dealing with lots of classified stuff.

I have it, and if any of you out there have, and you don't want to talk about it because

then you'd have to kill us, I get it.
