Sermon On The Mount: Introduction. This week, we are beginning a series going through the Sermon On The Mount. In a time where we are continually divided, even within the church, we take a look at a different affiliation, one that supersedes nation and location and informs how we exist within others: the Kingdom of God. In many ways, this is a series that will challenge much of what we hold tight within our identity (for Mike & Tim especially!), and we’re very excited to embark on with all of you. We have always viewed VOX as a community, despite it existing mostly within the digital realm. We encourage and would love discussion as we pursue. 2:07.8	hijack in times like these or pretty easy to ignore in times like these, right?
2:14.0	We are sitting in the middle as we record this of a massive pandemic,
2:20.0	racial tension that has not been seen since, at least publicly seen, and wrestled with since
2:27.0	the 60s.
2:29.0	An economic disaster that we're still not sure what the cost of that's going to be long term.
2:34.0	An election season that is that is already howlingly and maddeningly insane.
