David, I just want to thank you

for sharing some of your time with us today.

Absolutely, so I always like to start my guess with the most interesting question

and I got to apologize because a little bit of a behind the scenes, I told

David that, you know, I thought the most interesting question was going to be about the rocket

entrepreneur, but then I remembered, I had this little inkling in the back of my head pop up,

used to do a lot of real estate, right? Yeah, that's true. So tell me a little bit about that,

because you're pretty young you're 23 22 21 damn

So 21 tell me about your real estate career. Yeah great question because that's what really launched everything that I'm doing to this day,

business coaching, speaking, and just making the biggest impact possible.

I hopped into real estate when I was 19 years old and it was a scary jump because I had worked at a few car dealerships.

I was currently an internet manager at Toyota making the most money just that I've ever made at the time and was excited and I wanted to buy

a condo and so I reached out to my buddy who was in real estate to purchase a condo.
