| 0:51.5 | I'm always like oh I could sign up and pay now, but am I going to be paying |
| 0:54.7 | for this for six months, for 12 months, forever? Do I want that? So you have to just think |
| 0:59.8 | about that in designing your offers and different services and products you put together. |
