It is a bit of a nutrition-based show talking about intermittent fasting, talking about which

meal should be the largest or should you skip a meal at all during the day.

These are all popular topics, especially this past year, where a lot of people have really

been getting deep into intermittent fasting and really doing a lot more 16-8-based fasting,

which is typically 16 hours of fasting and then 8-hour window for eating.

But oftentimes how it's done is people typically skip breakfast and then they wait until lunch

to begin their feasting as they say, having lunch around, let's say noon, and then eating
