We had a special guest who I met at Bizcom, which was out in Minnesota back in November.

Her name is Jordan Deoreo. She has owned and still owns quite a few businesses. She's a young woman who is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur.

She's really when I met her. She's just fiery. She's spunky. She is spicy. She's intelligent, confident.

As soon as I met her, we were at a roundtable out at Mercury Mosex in Minnesota, and I instantly knew I wanted to get her on the podcast.

Obviously, I'm a father to two young daughters, and my wife is a working mom. So I understand.

I guess I don't understand, but I am privy to what they go through on a daily basis and the challenges that they face.

And I think that Jordan is a really good advocate for that and a proponent of really empowering young women and women in general.

I think that we accomplished that. She also was kind enough to shed light on the fact that I call a lot of women girls, and I do not mean to be condescending.

It's probably just habitual. You know, I have two young girls. And so if I say girls during the podcast, and I probably should say women, adult women, but I appreciate that perspective and the insight that she showed me there, but I really had fun with her.
