Welcome back to the Mindset Magic and mindset magic and manifestation podcast with the girl.

Happy Wednesday. Oh my goodness. You guys, if you're watching on video, I have this glorious, beautiful tan because I just finished hosting my Florida retreat with my M.M Method Girlies last weekend. We were in

Fort Lauderdale. It was such a blast. Honestly, we had just such a good time sitting around talking

and having high vibe conversations with girls that get it. Everybody said that it was just so nice

to be able to openly talk about your breakthroughs and cry in the kitchen and talk

about astrology all day and be around people who understand and get to rattle off all of the

amazing affirmations that we tell ourselves in a way that it's like, yeah, this is uplifting the

conversation. Like, yeah, you are changing, you're actively changing my mindset by just hearing

other girls at the

retreat saying their own affirmations. Like it was so good. And some fun times. We had some weird

times. We had some crazy times. We had a time boating with a very weird sea chauffeur. And it was just

such a blast. Every retreat is so fun and so unique. And got a really great tan and then the girls left and I

actually headed up to Miami. So I hosted my retreat in Fort Lauderdale and then I always stay

like an extra night. So the girls left Monday. I always check out of the Airbnb on Tuesday.

That way everybody can book their flights home on Monday at whatever time works best. I always tell

the girls like arrive as early as you can

and stay as late as you can. That way we just have the most time together. So some of the girls
