Hello. Hello, everyone. Welcome to Latter Day Struggles. This is your host, Valerie. I am really excited to be here with you today. And I'm excited to be here with Ryan Gottfrensen for a part

three of a four-part series that he and I have been doing together to really talk about

this concept of the elevated leader and vertical development, which if you are not familiar

with that yet, jump back to the last two episodes and get yourselves familiar so that you can
