| 0:00.0 | Hi everyone, welcome to the Gabby Rees Show. Eliza Allen Blitz. |
| 0:15.0 | Y'allin Blitz. |
| 0:16.0 | Again, we are having our kitchen counter talk and usually it's around technology. |
| 0:22.0 | I want to have these conversations because these are the ones we have in real life and you keep me somewhat attuned and you've really been busy since the last time we talked so I'm glad one of us is out there |
| 0:34.7 | we were joking about sometimes I know you listen to things at what type speed time speed |
| 0:40.0 | two and a half you want me to say it? Yeah. I push the max. I'm... What is it that you like about the one that you can listen to? It goes past like certain ones you don't like because I only go times three or whatever. |
| 0:52.6 | Yeah, well I like I wrote to audible asking for 4X but they've only given me 3.5. |
| 0:57.0 | Okay. But I like the ones where they it takes out the any like blank space so it will actually speed it up on top of the 3.5 and then they'd be like gaps. |
| 1:06.1 | Can you what do you mean like from paragraph to paragraph to paragraph or if it's a podcast like they take out any |
| 1:11.1 | positives? How do you and the thing is I know you remember it because I talk to you about it. |
| 1:17.0 | Again, this has been over 10 years of like training my brain like a muscle to like slowly incrementally increase the speed so I can ingest this and it's like if I'm not getting |
| 1:25.8 | something I either slow it down or go back or whatever it is but it's just I've you know |

| 1:50.3 | sentence and make sure I got it and like the words are moving around on the |
| 1:52.7 | page in front of me and I'm like this is terrible and then all of a sudden when I |
| 1:56.4 | had access actually like wait oh I can listen and speed it up and then I can like |
| 1:59.8 | make bookmarks. So if people listening you can go to like one and a half do that for a while and then go to I mean one and a half and two is an easy transition. It's just when you start going a little faster. |
| 2:08.0 | I wonder what the downside of that is. Don't know. |
