astronauts back home. They are stuck in space this morning with a broken ship made

by Boeing. But before we get to that, let's get this next breaking piece of news

from late last night, thinking about courts and debates. A pair of federal judges

stopped part of Joe Biden's student debt forgiveness or debt transfer program.

That's because Republican-led states had sued to block part of Mr Biden's program

called the Save arguing that it was unconstitutional.

Two Obama appointed judges agreed with them, sort of.

They said that these Republican states were right

that this effort was unconstitutional,

but they waited a little bit too long to sue.

So that means that part of Mr. Biden's Save program will move forward, while part will not.
