hey what's up everybody welcome to trust and believe i'm your host shanty and i'm smiling i'm so happy

i'm kind of fanboying right now. And a lot of you

may not even know who I'm about to introduce you to, but the minute she starts talking,

you're going to be very excited. So I have to give you a little backstory. The month of July,

you know, we were doing a month full of just helping people find a job.

Because with the pandemic, you know, people were just really going through a tough time.

And actually, after doing a poll on my Instagram, I realized that it was really only 30% of my

following my following my following the needed help in finding work and all types of things

surrounding the pandemic and being able to pivot in their business.

And because we were doing that, all of Team Chanty kind of comes to the rescue.

And Alex was searching TikTok and found this amazing post by Jen Ruiz, and she did this really amazing post,

which will play in just a little bit.

But more importantly, she is a lawyer-turned blogger.

She actually had to pivot in her own business, and it's just really interesting and amazing

to kind of be getting ready to talk to somebody who does things that me and Scott absolutely love.

We're just travel before a pandemic.

And she challenged herself to take 12 trips in 12 months.

And I think she tried to do it on a budget.

So we're going to talk a little bit more about that.
