So today I have something really special for all of my coaches in the audience.

I'm a coach and you know I've been coaching now for over 20 years and I realized that

after spending 30 minutes per session on admin because I had all this stuff open all over my computer. I had note-taking

calendar spreadsheets, browser, zoom, past sessions, scattered all over these big huge screens

on my desk. The problem was is that it takes 30 minutes at the end of every session to take all

that information, summarize it into an email, send it to my client, and guess what? Next
