Hey guys, so many times when I talk to boutique owners in our industry, I hear some very common

threads about how they got started in business and some of the most common obstacles they

face when they get there.

More often than not, we have boutique owners in our industry who come from

teaching backgrounds and nursing backgrounds and they get into the business because they have a need

in their community or they see a need somewhere online and because of their personal experience

or a life change they've gone through, like having kids, for example, and how much that changes your body and your perspective and confidence and the clothes that you wear, they decide to start a

boutique. So today I'm talking to my friend Bailey, who's the founder of Bailey Rose boutique. She was

the Washington storefront and overall boutique of the year. And today she talks openly about her journey
