1980s. Yeah, I was I watched and that is part of me so much. I was so

so impressed on me to watching like a life

We can endure anything and adapt and pivot and change

wrestling gave us that ability. I would say nothing in life has impacted me or the things

wrestling has taught me in terms of self-reflection, resilience. Stop it. Some guys have it, some guys don't.

Adversity, 100% how to pick myself up and be a man after I failed.

And everything that is shaped my life and what I'm at today would not be there without the values

and basically the lessons I've learned to the sport of wrestling. For me, you wrestling

say in a life because it allowed me to focus and channel my energy.

We're fortunate if you wrestled because if you wrestled natural talent helps but it's

5% of the ingredients and pales in comparison to hearts and techniques and effort.

It humbled me, taught me humility. Nothing can humble you more than wrestling.

I think it's the learning to adapt, right? You learn how to adapt, you learn how to solve problems.

Now, if I look back my time, that's good wrestling. If they give me one thing more than anything else, it's

Warner. My guest today is a special one. It's Ivan Delchiv Ivanov. He was a five time national

champion from Bulgaria in the 80s in 1993 and 1994. He was on the Bulgaria national team.

He then went into coaching and was recognized by Fila as an expert of wrestling,

coached in multiple countries throughout Africa. It's also coached throughout the United States.

Multiple Olympians in multiple world medalists have been coached by coach Ivanov.

And today he lives in council bluffs Iowa and runs a wrestling academy called the best wrestler.
