Hi everybody, Merry Christmas. My name is Elisa Keaton and I have the joy to bring to you a

Be Still and Be Love today that is in the complete spirit of this season to

slow down and take the time to receive the gift.

Ephesians tells us that this is not a work of our own,

this is a gift that we have received by grace through faith our salvation.

Jesus coming, born in a manger, the redeemer of the curse of sin and death.

And so it's really important at this time that you just take time. I wrestled with whether to create a

revving the word or a be still. Actually I tried to create a be revving the word and I just felt the

Holy Spirit say, nope, I want them to be still.

So this time will be truly about being still

and receiving.

I don't want you to have to study the word

or think about the word too much. I want you to have to study the word or think about the word too much.

I want you to let this gift unwrap itself before you.

You don't even have to unwrap it.

Just let the gift of the season of salvation through Christ and what

Isaiah 9 has to say to us let it just wash over you today. So finding yourself in a comfortable position, seated on the floor

laying down on the couch, maybe just sitting in your car and breathing.

I'd also say, I felt like the Lord said they could also,

if they want to move their body with this,

by all means.
