And it is motivation Monday. We have got Eric Thomas on the show. I love when we get the

week started off with Eric Thomas. Today he's talking about showing up, spending time in your

vision, literally sitting down, closing your eyes and spending time in your vision and offsetting

offsetting those limiting thoughts, those limiting expectations that you're having that are

keeping you from going where you want to go. Here's Dr. Thomas.

All right, this one I think is important to me. It says failure is not an option.

All right, one of the things that we have to do as we're pursuing our dreams and our goals is that

we have to know that failure is not an option. You know, and you got to hear this one. This one is

important because you've got to tell yourself despite, again, the circumstances, the situations.

You have to tell yourself that, listen to me. I'm not going anywhere until I get the goal.

Like until I make my dreams become a reality, I'm not quitting. I don't care. I'm going to continue

to do this until I become successful. All right, I've got a rule called the show up rule.

All right, somebody said you can pretend that you care, but you can't pretend that you're there.

All right, I'm going to say it again. Real simple. I told you I got a GED, so I'm not really deep.

All right, you can pretend that you care, but you can't pretend that you're there.

The only way you can be there is to show up. And what I'm asking you to do for me,

you'll never be a failure if you show up every single day. Listen to me. Listen to me. People say,

are you like this every day, every single day? I'm like this. I got your,

coals don't even like me. The flu doesn't like me. Sickness doesn't like me. Like this guy's

got too much energy. Right, I've got to calm down. Even in this room right now, I just wanted to run
