about the subject. But then I just kind of felt inspired. I thought, why don't I let my good

podcast friends hear what a real raw comparison spiral sounds like in my world.

And it was just a couple days ago, as of this recording, it was a couple days ago.

I was on my way home from someone else's stand-up comedy show. And it really triggered a massive comparison spiral.

And Leah and I have this thing where we, when we are feeling like we are in one of those

we articulate all of our limiting beliefs that have come from this.

And it's, okay, this is actually a really helpful practice.

When you're feeling down on yourself, this is similar to journal speak.

It's like verbal journal speak where you you codify exactly what are those limiting beliefs saying because what can happen is you're you're feeling bad, you're feeling down,

you're feeling inferior, but all of these feelings are kind of amorphous. They're not, you haven't articulated,

articulated exactly what they are. And when you put them into words, not just thoughts in your

head, but either words on paper or words spoken to a friend, or if you don't have any friends,
