I have like three or four guys come into my office and they go, hey, we want to start a corporation and we want you to be our attorney. And I'm like, who is we? I mean, who, where do you see me in this role? Because I can put the paperwork together. I can represent the corporation. And if I do that, that means I give none of you guys advice. Or I can represent one of you. |
