of your life.

What's up everyone, this is Lewis House, and I'm very excited to talk about seasons.

Right now, I'm going through an incredible season of my life, and a lot of people ask

me about balance.

How do you balance being a busy entrepreneur, creating new things, focusing on your

podcast, your business, having your team working out, being in relationships?

How do you balance everything in your life?

And I tell people that you can't.

You can't balance everything in your life all the time, because life has seasons.

When I played football, we would build up a pre-season into the season and then the

postseason, and then there'd be a recovery phase.

If I was to play a playoff game every week, I want to build a walk today, and I want

to build a think at all, because my brain would be so damaged.

If guys never took a break and never had an off season, they'd never be able to prepare

for the season and the playoffs.

I want you guys to think about where you're at currently in your life.

Are you in a transition?

Did you just go through a job where you didn't appreciate it, and now you're looking for

a new job?

Did you get through a relationship, and now you're single?

Are you in a new relationship?
