You know, I'm getting back into content swinging things. Tons of content. Tons of content. Tons of video. I feel like Maddie now. I'm like, I do all this content now. Yeah. You know, you do something. I'm like, yeah, like doing content. It's work, bro. Like, you really have to set aside a lot of time. And just getting myself into this kind of creator mentality a little bit more lately has been interesting. You know what I'm saying? Kind of thing. But other than that, you know, I'm doing good. I'm adjusted better. And I'm in a good workout pocket, which I'm liking.

The only thing that workout's good, food, nutrition has been good. Even in the travel?

Even in the travel. I was impressed with myself. I was like, you did good. You made smart decisions.

You didn't go too crazy. You may have indulge a little bit here and there, but you never went over the top on a bad, even on a bad day, so to speak. Sure. But there's still the most elusive thing that is becoming a problem is the sleep. Sleep is still not where it needs to be. Yeah, that the problem right i have good days and bad days like

i always say you know there's some days i'm like on it you know went to bed at like one the other

night slept for like nine hours i was like this is a good that's my definition of good you know

i'll always be a night owl but if i can get that full nine in it's been tough though forest has

been uh our dog's been sick he's getting like these reverse sneezing attacks. We've taken the vet. He, yeah, it's like kind of wheezing and stuff. So, yeah, yeah, I feel really bad for him. That's awful. Yeah. It's like we're trying to look at like the, the vet thought it was like a dental infection or something. And so, uh, they're looking into that and he might have to get a tooth removed.

Yeah, so we're figuring out what it is, but he basically has a cold.

Like he kind of, it's not coming out.

So, yeah, we've seen the vet.

We're looking into it, but which sucks is that he, he kind of wakes up in the middle of the night, making these noises.

And it wakes Lely and I up.

So I don't remember the last time I had a full night's sleep.

Damn.

It's been tough. But, you know, we've been having. making these noises and it wakes Lily and I up. So I don't remember the last time I had a full night's sleep.

But, you know, we've been having them. Normally, the dogs have their own bed, but we've been letting him sleep in bed with us, you know, try to provide him that extra comfort, you know, give him an extra love. And it seemed to help a little bit. but yeah for me it's like that was the only good night I had. I think I was just so exhausted

that it just like, you could, like a gunshot could have gone off. That would have been like, just knock that stuff. When you're that time, that's what you know you're going to do. I feel for you on that because nothing's worse than I feel like an animal suffering that you know. he's a trooper like you couldn't he'd be suffering, but like we've learned that like he'll just go through stuff and and he just doesn't let it bother me. He's still like full energy, really healthy. Yeah, like he still runs around full speed. He's like 11 years old, 12 years old. So it's yeah, it's amazing.
