I was homeless. Like, I lived in my car, right? Now I have, you know, a couple million rental properties.

Like, that's good. I'm good. And that quality of life is important to me.

So, and now, I mean, I'm going to go move to a new state. I've never lived in.

Never even been to Mississippi. I want to go taste sweet tea and eat crawdads. And I want to do all of those things.

And I want to start with whether Heather is now.

She and her husband live in Taiwan.

They've been there for 11 years.

They're actually getting ready to return back to the U.S.

But they've chosen to live abroad and go on an adventure there and work there.

But she has rental properties.

They together have rental properties back to the United States

that give them enough income to pay for all their expenses in the early 50s. So she's 51,

her husband's 53. But if you go back in time to when she was 18 years old, it was a much

different place. She was living in a car of a friend. She eventually worked a little bit and

was able to move up to her

own car and live in her own car until she could get an apartment. So she was starting from a very
