Hey hey, Owen Jones, welcome to the podcast. Today, Pierce Morgan. Now, I have definitely

had quite a few bannies, including on air with Pierce Morgan over the years. So there's

quite a lot to talk about because actually, people like me who really did have a big problem

with Pierce Morgan for a long time knew the world had turned upside down when we started

cheering him on during the first phase of the pandemic, because a lot of the media failed to do

their job. They failed to take on the government holding to account for the calamity, which

has been unleashed and has led to one of the worst deaths on earth in Pierce Morgan is willing

to stand up to them. But we do have our differences. Now, there's a bit of controversy over this

interview and that is over the issue of trans rights, which me and Pierce strongly disagree.

And the controversy was that were neither of us trans and the common parlance for that is we're

not, which I work with cisgendered. And a lot of people were kind of upset, understandably,

that me a cisgendered guy decided to spend a significant chunk of this interview

arguing about a minority of which I'm not part with Pierce Morgan. And I recognise that I'm

I'm genuinely sorry about that. And definitely, I would approach it differently.

We don't just talk about trans rights in this interview. We talk about a lot of other things,
