I've got my co-host John LeBlanc with me and we have got one of our district managers. A true underdog has overcome major adversity. Big baller has been moving around for our business.

Hey, Jason, thank you for having me on.

I'm doing great today, man.

It's been a whirlwind of things that have been going on here in the past couple of weeks and happy to finally be able to get it get the chance to sit down and discuss everything with you and do this podcast.

Well this is exciting. So Tim you and me know each other a little bit, not a lot.

We haven't spent a lot of time together. For the listeners and viewers out there, Tim works for our companies, the district manager,

he's running our brand new Nashville office.

He was a successful district manager here in the Charlotte area for us.

But Tim's story came to fruition to John and others and it is I know parts of it I'm excited to find out a lot of it but the biggest part is I want people to know who you are right now what you're're doing, how successful you are, because everyone thinks

sometimes that this podcast is just about CEOs and entrepreneurs, and it's really not.

We've had football players on here.

We've had people who overcome cancer, people that have had issues with weight gain, you know,

influencers. And, you know, we've had some of the executives here at the office on here as well,
