1:21.4	But before we get to that, let's get to our top story of the morning.
1:25.4	We had two big, big leaks of classified intelligence last Thursday, and again
1:29.2	on Friday. That leads the episode this morning. In both of those cases, the intel was shared with
1:34.1	the New York Times, and in both cases, they were damaging to President Trump. Let us start with
1:39.4	the first leak. This involves classified findings about the Venezuelan prison gang, Cren de Aragua, or TDA.
1:46.2	The New York Times reported last week that contrary to President Trump's statements, the TDA was and is not controlled by the Venezuelan government.
1:54.2	Now, that is a big deal, if that's correct, because when President Trump deported those TDA gang members to El Salvador about a week
2:01.7	and a half ago now, he declared that TDA is effectively a tool, an official tool, of the
2:07.2	Venezuelan government to harm this country.
2:10.0	That finding was central to his subsequent use of the Aliens Enemy Act of 1798 to deport
