Yo, I had a wonderful weekend. Um, really, really, really super productive Monday.

Working on some really, really exclusive, exciting things for y'all. Um, man, I can't, I can't wait to share, um, you know, what I've been working on with y'all. Man, I can't wait to share, you know, what I've been working on with y'all.

You know, listen, man, you know, there's a saying that, you know, a man's gift will open doors for him.

And, you know, of late, I'm really, really truly starting to believe that um you know i've always

believed it but now i'm really starting to see it um more than ever um and i just encourage you know

everybody you know man if you got a gift you have a passion yo you know you know man if you got a gift you have a passion yo you know exercise that gift and deploy that passion

because um you know the results of that will be so far beyond what you could ever imagine.

And, you know, just in doing the show, the people that I've connected with, the friends I've made, the family I've made, the love I've gotten.

It's just really an amazing thing.

So I want to keep on preaching that.

i interviewed a brother by the name of quame and cruma um multipreneur really dope young brother

um he actually is in the cryotherapy business

if you guys haven't heard of cryotherapy it's a cold type of therapy that a lot of

athletes use and what quamme did was really dope he converted a trailer into a mobile

cryo therapy unit so i just wanted to um to put the spotlight

on what quammy was doing because i know a lot of people out there they want to get into mobile

businesses they want to convert trailers into you know barbershops and different things like that

and this is a really interesting um look into this type of business.

So I thought it was important to kind of touch on this.
