Welcome to the Learn True Health Podcast. I'm your host Ashley James. This is

episode 24. Hello true health seekers. Today I am flying solo. I decided to get on the mic and share

with you a little bit about what's going on in my life right now.

I don't know if you notice but I missed releasing a podcast on Monday

and that's because I was dealing with a pretty gnarly head cold. Now in the past a head cold

to me would have turned into bronchitis. There was a time in my life when any time I got a cold I immediately got pneumonia and the

contrast is that now I am within less than two days 90% better.
