1:34.9	can't go down to see them and I love the explanation that he gives I'm not going to say it but
1:39.2	he gives an explanation as to why he's not scared to invest out of the country.
1:43.0	And he also gives an example of not using a property management company and how it went wrong.
1:50.0	So I love the debate of should you use a property manager should you not use a property manager and I love to hear his take on it so make sure you guys listen to that tip that he gives and what happened and why he had a bad experience.
