On the program today, two interviews from Emmajority Report thursdays neal jay young author of coming

out republican a history of the gay right and later in the show adrian marie brown author of

loving corrections the first interview was from august with neal and the interview with adrian was from August with Neil and the interview with Adrian was from September.

And I think a lot of people in the audience responded well to these.

The interview with Neil and the history of the gay right, gay Republicans,

the law cabin Republicans, it really is fascinating and it's an example of um

i don't we it's very relevant today with peter teal and his funding of the republican party and like

how far back this closeted religious conservative fundamentalist movement within the republican party goes

and uh it was just a really thoughtful conversation as well it wasn't just one that was focused on demonizing anyone in particular and then

adrian uh marie brown who is is a great writer she stylized her name stylizes her name in the bell hooks fashion,

writer, activist, author of a book called Loving Corrections. And it's really about building

solidarity through empathy right now in the progressive movement. And so I thought these were two interviews that were relevant for the holiday season.
