My new book, How Minds Change, is out there printed on paper available as an e-book,

listenable as an audiobook in some places, and soon to be available as an audiobook in all places.

How Minds Change is an exploration of the science behind how and why we change our minds,

how and why we don't. What that phrase even means.

And it explores the resistance of conspiratorial thinking, ideology, political partisanship,

cults and pseudocults, as well as what it takes to break through that kind of resistance

when it comes to changing minds on matters, factual, moral, ethical, political, and otherwise.

It's a very on-the-ground book. I spent time in person with scientists, activists, people who had left,

cults and pseudocults, and other conspiratorial communities and things like that.

And by the end, you get real actionable advice on how you can apply all that

to repair relationships, improve communication, and change minds about the things you care about,

whether that's between you and one person within an institution or part of activism

and outreach aimed for an audience of millions.
