Hey there. I'm so excited for today's episode because I feel like I spend a lot of the podcast

episodes trying to educate. I try to explain what a reverse diet is, why we should only do

short-term cuts, what maintenance is when it comes to eating that we should live our life in

maintenance. I try to explain core health and mental health and strength training and so many different

on improving her deep core and seeing changes within her abdominal muscles because she was an abgripper.

1:20.0

And so I was really excited to invite her on the podcast today to share her story and kind of the

behind the scenes of what it's like for the actual person going through it

1:28.3

and not just me trying to teach it because I think sometimes we relate to other people's stories

1:34.3

because they're real. They're real and they're raw. So I'm so excited to talk to Kaylee today.
