Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to be honest with yourself. Takes so much courage to be honest with

yourself, but know that you're not alone and this is something that all of us experience and go through.

This episode is probably going to be a bit of a vulnerable one. I got a question that came in that I really want to answer.

Something that I think probably so many of us experience.

In fact, probably all of us experience it.

And she said, what have been your go-to actions when you've been having a low in loving your business?

And you feel like you've fallen out of love with it a bit.

It's a great question.

And I know that it's

something that I have experienced over and over and over again. I have sat down many times with

my dad and talked to him about feeling like I've lost my love for it all and talked to him about

like what I should do. I remember at one point a friend of mine was wanting to like gear up to sell her business

and I was like, oh, maybe I could figure out selling my business.

And so I started looking into it and, well, not seriously, but I started to kind of think about

it and because I was like, I'd just reached a point where I was just like, I do not love

this anymore.

Like, I'm really struggling with this.

And there have been times where I felt really trapped by my business.

And yeah, where I just felt really lost with like, you know, where to take it and what to do.

And I think that it's such an important conversation to have.

And something's really important to talk about because
