There's a lot of problems in the world, and there's a lot of really smart solutions.

Let's do those for very little money.

If we spend 35 billion dollars, we can save 2.2 million lives each and every year, and

we can make the poor world 1.1 trillion dollars richer each and every year.

How cool is that?

So yes, this is absolutely about saying, this is a problem, but also lots and lots of

solutions.

Some of these solutions are pretty ineffective.

Some are amazingly effective.

Let's do the effective ones first.
