I am fresh off a trip to and from California.

I was in Palm Springs over the weekend with my amazing, amazing clients. I am so,

like, fueled and fulfilled after this weekend. It was seriously like such a fun time. And we all had

huge breakthroughs. We did breathwork. We did this fabulous photo shoot, which will be coming to

the gram near you very soon. Our photographer was Mike

with a Y. He was also super spiritual. He like came in wearing crystals. We talked about the

eclipse. Like there was just, the vibes were, were really going. And one of the girls on the trip

said that that this trip, this retreat had changed her definition of what Soul Sisters meant. And that was

really special to me because when you get a group of women that are super high vibe, all with the

same mindset, all really dedicated to working on themselves, being the best version of themselves,

executing, and also the willingness to grow. It's a really special environment.

And you're going to feel differently around people. You're going to feel like relationships have

altered from the ones you might be experiencing in your immediate reality. And I was telling

some of the girls on the last day, we're all just kind of hanging out by the pool while

people were in and out, like getting ready for their flights. It's so important for me to do my job

and keep sharing this information about mindset and about manifesting and really opening up safe
